Today marks the day where our game has become an adult, or at least in terms of days.
The programmers have been keeping themselves busy with the audio implementation as well as some bug fixes and overall polishing.
The artists have made plenty of progress with the animations, having finished the second, almost finishing the third as well as having started on the fourth. They have also finished three of the character select portraits and made some headway on the menu art.
Us designers have mostly been testing the game and tinkered with spawn points on the maps. We are also planning on tinkering with the movement speed and attack speed tomorrow to see what feels best for the game.
Since it’s Wednesday, we also sat down with some fika once again and played some Maffia. Today also marked the first time that the innocent’s won the game! All in all, it was a good time.
With that ends the eighteenth day of project 1, meaning we only have seven days left. Though some of them will not be spent on working on the game due to classes, so only polishing will happen then. But it feels like we’re at a good place time wise, but the pressure is there.
